I can’t say enough good things about the Women’s Services staff at Texas Health Presbyterian Rockwall! Everybody made it such a nice experience for the one night we were admitted there! One of the staff even handmade a special canvas and gave it to us as a gift before we left and today I just received a sweet card in the mail from all of the staff! Thank you all for the wonderful care and for all you do!�
Very disappointed once again in my stay. I have COMPLEX regional pain syndrome and have a pain pump. I had surgery Monday and my pain was and still is out of control. They don’t take into consideration my history of infections and pain control. They could’ve fought with the insurance company to keep me just two more days. Also, when I go to the ER for a possible infection in the past they send me home and I just wind up back within a day or two.
I think they have no idea of what they are doing. I went in for the onset of diabetes and I was there for a week. Discharge wrapped in a sheet and had to wait outside for my ride leaning up against a pole in the middle of summer. I was home 3 days still thinking I was going to die so I went to Lakeport they changed my med. And I was better in 24 hours. Presbyterian had put me on an antibiotic for someone exposed to anthrax really anthrax. And they put all kinds of info in my records that was incorrect because the dr asked my... read more
I love this place! Staff is sooooo very nice! They always take great care of me every time I’m here. I live RIGHT NEXT to Baylor Scott & White in Rowlett and will BY PASS them to come here!! Best place around here!
I recently had surgery here, and every single person who walked in my room was wonderful!! They were polite, kind, and always smiling. Even at 2 o’clock in the morning! Thank you to my nurses Helen, Jill, Annette, and Biji for making my stay so pleasant!
Had amazing care saturday night after my atv wreck from the security getting me straight in to the nurses i had to both members that i dealt with from radiology for xrays and ct scans and the doc that gad to rip my embedded lip out of my braces defiantly was with the extra 20 minutes to get there instead of going to Greenville was there from 11 something untell a little after 4 not there fault i had to do cts xrays and much more
My husband has had two extensive stays here and we have found the staff from those who collect trash, to those who deliver and pick up meal trays, all the way up to the nurses and those who assist them to be kind, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean, and comfortable for those who want to stay with their loved one. We have been there for other outpatient procedures as well and have never been disappointed.
