I never leave reviews, bad or good, but this was Ridiculous! Today, July 23rd, 2017. My niece and a friends kid collided against each other in a bouncy house My niece went to Baylor in Rockwall and my friends child went to Presby Rockwall with a huge & deep cut in her face. I was discharged yesterday 7/22/17. I have so many good things to say about this facility. All the staff was wonderful! I was treated with the upmost respect. Thank you so much for taking care of me. To me, they're all superstars!
The staff was very concerned and friendly. Nurse did a great job getting my IV in. The doctor was very determined (stayed over late on his shift to be able to coordinate my care plan). I was transferred to another hospital (due to my complicated diagnosis) in a reasonable amount of time.
They were very prompt in getting my husband in there care has been excellent thank you Texas Health Presbyterian hospital.
They are very concerning and helpful. The try to acomdate you, with blankets and pillows and what ever else you may need, while visiting your family. While there..
