I had to make a middle of the night ER trip with my little boy two days ago. As a parent that's always scary, but the staff at Presby in Rockwall were so amazing. They got us into a room immediately, which has NEVER been the case in the ER. He was checked out & we had answers & were on our way home within an hour. If I ever have another emergency, this is where I'll be taking my family. The care was top notch. Was visiting someone in the ER and OMG I cannot believe how absolutely RUDE the doctors and nurses were today to someone I care about. My recommendation would be if you are in any kind of pain and needs emergent care. DONOT come to this facility. Here's an aspirin and a $2500 bill because we don't treat that here. OH and if you have a mild collapse of the lower line of your left lung that's considered normal. Not one PCT, nurse, PA or employee asked my friend what her pain level was!! I love the fast and friendly service that they have provided my family thus far. Mainly, accurate diagnoses. I stopped going to the ER in Sunnyvale because of them misdiagnosing me 3x and 2 of my children. Very clean facility as well.
Great nurses and great doctor!! I recommend this hospital to everyone...
