Upon arrival, the front desk staff hands you a mask, WITHOUT GLOVES ON, so you get a contaminated mask and have to put it on! Since my mother’s surgery yesterday morning at 7:00 (shoulder replacement) Not 1 doctor has bothered to check in. It’s 11:15 the day after and still no doctor has shown their faces! The floor nurses are all so sweet and kind.
To those of you who like Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital... you’ve never had the horrible experience I have had. In Feb 2019 I went to their ER on Lakeshore because I literally thought I was dying. Come to find out, it was very serious. I had a bacterial infection from chicken which left me severely dehydrated and sicker than I’ve ever been and warranted a call from the health dept. yeah it's nice to know that you're doctors up there screwing around with people's lives saying that they have covid-19 just so that y'all can get the government money when they don't even have the freaking covid-19
They need to start serving there customers. They sent a lady home with a 103 fever and a seizure.they would not treat her.
RecommendedI had toe joint replacement surgery about 2 weeks ago in the outpatient surgery center. All the nurses were EXCELLENT and cared for me with great care! My doctor was Dr. Matthew Britt and he also was unbelievable! I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a medical center!

I delivered my 1st child at the hospital and they made my stay very comfortable! The nurses/doctors were outstanding and super helpful. It was a good experience all around! Thanks to this amazing team!!
