So it seems Texas Health sent us a bill for $31.86 back in April 2014. Unfortunately, they sent it to the wrong address and it was returned to them. Now three and a half years later we're suddenly getting calls and letters from a collection agency for this unpaid bill. Way to go Texas Health!!

Nurses don’t disclose last names, which demonstrates a lack of professionalism and suggests they have little accountability. I wouldn’t let someone do my taxes without knowing his last name, but I should let someone anonymously administer narcotics and insert intravenous lines into my arm? Nurses have college degrees and should be held to the same standard as other white collar professionals.
