My brother went in for his second hip replacement. Had his right hip done last year. I can not say enough. About all the staff. Just a fantastic group of health care providers. Would HIGHLY recommend . Thank you for giving such WONDERFUL care of my brother..
With all the hospitals in Plano, of which there are many, I find Presbyterian Plano to be the best. The people are the most caring qualified staff around. They met my special-needs as far as my larger bed and chair and was always very helpful whenever called. Presbyterian Plano will always be my first choice.
This has gone from an incredible hospital to one that seems more interested in money over health....I know my body.....went to a different hospital several weeks ago and I was taken in for a procedure immediately....I get here and I'm told I will not be treated for 2 more days due to it being the weekend and a holiday....when did that ever matter?...what happened to the path everyone took....I'm laying here until Tuesday feeling like I'm a major inconvenience to everyone.....said I wasn't an emergency.....I don't think a blo... read more
Wonderful patient-centered care and the food is excellent, too!
I wasn't at Oresby - my Baylor cardiologist has his office in one of the professional building.
ER staff moves slow and not concerned when my daughter is crying in pain waiting to see a doctor for stitches. They don't care unless you are missing a limb. Very uncaring.
This is a great group of professionals - ❤️ From reception to nurses and providers, all the staff are very helpful and have great bedside manner.
