Get directionsLOVE THIS HOSPITAL!!! For the month of July I was at Baylor and I have liver failure...Baylor kept telling I was fine and my levels were normal(my liver panel numbers were up to 800 and my bilirubin was extremely high) finally I was my PCP on August told me to get to a different hospital one that knows me and that is Texas Health! They admitted me right away and I had an emergency ERCP Wednesday night. This is my go to hospital know. I have been admitted 4 times here already due to my liver.
I have never experienced such RUDE & uncaring nurses in my life!! Staying with fam member after surgery & have to say I’m appalled with the treatment here!!
I picked up a patient that was released from this hospital. He had traumatic brain injury, could not speak and no means of transportation. They did not offer him any social service they just released him in the street confused. A kind lady saw him and realized what happened and called him a Lyft. I was lucky enough to be his driver. My son had back surgery with Dr Lieberman. We were very pleased with the care we received. Reggie (Dr Lieberman’s PA) was phenomenal. Dr Wade Wilson, Pulmonologist did a fantastic job establishing an airway. Dr Angus was very thorough! We had an ICU RN named Mary who went above and beyond! We appreciate the excellent care we received during this difficult process! Thank You!
I highly recommend the Texas Health Plano Cardiac Rehab Team. I cannot thank them enough for the help I received in my recovery. They were always very accommodating, professional, and friendly. Best Cardiac Rehab Team in DFW.
ER Nurses that don’t listen. Extremely long waits in ER. Medical City Plano is so much better
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a hospital to deliver! Labor and delivery floor was great. They helped make us feel as much as home as possible. You can definitely tell that the nurses who work here love their job. All of the nurses that took care of me did not make me feel uncomfortable not once. Thankful for Dr. Montanaro and nurses for safely delivering my baby girl!
