Medical kidnapping! When you have a patient that can NOT advocate for themselves, their SPOUSE/next of kin must be allowed to stay 24/7!!!! Not just during the “7 hours” of visitation. SHAME on you! Avoid this hospital, this was happening before COVID as well!

The visitor policies and treatment of patients at this hospital are inexcusable. Patients who cannot advocate for themselves have the RIGHT to an advocate with them at all times.

Your hospital is treating patients inhumanely and has forgotten its ethics. Drugging patients to the point they can not advocate for themselves then denying their spouses entry, is medical negligence and tyranny.

My son had lab work that need to be done by Dr Burton. Dr Burton said it was ridiculous and that people brought their other kids with them all the time. She even went to speak with them, which her aide... read more

I was in a motorcycle accident on March 16th and was taken to this hospital. Several of my road rash wounds were not addressed and although I had broken both of my wrists, the right hand was not even touched or splinted. My emergency contact lives over an hour from Plano so I chose not to call them, however the staff did not bother to find out if I had someone to come get me. I walked out of the ER at 2am with no shoes (they were trashed in the accident), temporary scrubs (which ended up getting stuck in my untreated back an... read more
