Get directionsI never knew or imagine nurses and receptionist can drink alcohol (beer) in this horrible hospital
They don’t allow visitors after 6 pm ! Leaving patient without much needed care and support
Medical kidnapping! When you have a patient that can NOT advocate for themselves, their SPOUSE/next of kin must be allowed to stay 24/7!!!! Not just during the “7 hours” of visitation. SHAME on you! Avoid this hospital, this was happening before COVID as well!
The visitor policies and treatment of patients at this hospital are inexcusable. Patients who cannot advocate for themselves have the RIGHT to an advocate with them at all times.
This hospital is MEDICALLY KIDNAPING and old man and they have snowed with Ativan and will not let his poor wife advocate for his care and kicks her out at 6pm!! Lawsuits are going to be rolling in!
Your hospital is treating patients inhumanely and has forgotten its ethics. Drugging patients to the point they can not advocate for themselves then denying their spouses entry, is medical negligence and tyranny.

My emergency contact lives over an hour from Plano so I chose not to call them, however the staff did not bother to find out if I had someone to come get me. I walked out of the ER at 2am with no shoes (they were trashed in the accident), temporary scrubs (which ended up getting stuck in my untreated back an... read more
