This ER facility is wonderful. We had a very pleasant experience under the circumstances. My husband was feeling terrible and thinking about going to Care Now. He looked in so much pain that I felt like he needed to go to the ER. The staff was friendly and professional. We were put in a room quickly and well taken care of by the nurses. After several tests came back normal, the doctor ordered a sonogram to check the gall bladder. This was exactly what he needed, since it was gall stones that were the problem. My experience at First Choice(Western Center in FW) was excellent and have already recommended their services to friends and family. I was lead into a private room before I could even finish my patient information paperwork. They put me at ease during a time that was very stressful for me. I had visited an urgent care clinic as well as my doctor a couple of days prior to visiting FC. This place is a hidden gem! My 14 month old woke up from his nap with a 103 fever and was shaking & crying so I knew I needed to do something. We almost went to care now but the wait is always so long and I was concerned they might not be what we needed with his shaking (1st time mom) I didn’t want to go all the way downtown and then I remembered First Choice ER! As a nurse myself, I was thoroughly impressed with the care and expediency of care at First Choice. My first visit with with my elderly mother, the second with my son and the third myself. Each time, I received prompt and thorough service. There was no waiting around for results. I appreciate the multi disciplinary approach with an EMT, RN, imaging and MD. We have been to this ER several times and most recently had to go two nights in a row due to the flu. Every time we have been the staff has been professional and efficient. The doctors and nurses on staff were wonderful with my kids which is very important to me. We have never waited longer than ten minutes in the waiting room and once we were taken back we have never had to wait long either. This is a fantastic ER. I will never go to a hospital ER again if I can help it. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. The nurse even gave me a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing, and the Doctor I saw encouraged me to call with any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend. Very clean and well organized.

First Choice-Western Center Blvd. On June 8, 2012, I came into your facility for treatment. It was the worst experience of my life. I came into the facility because of fever and an issue in my mouth. I was uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door. My instincts told me to leave but I unfortunately overrode the recommendation.
