Wow! We saw a dr within mins of walking in the door. My son splashed chemical in his eye after hours. They were thourough with his exam. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff. I walked away feeling confident that we had received thorough medical care. We were given up front cost clearly. No "I wonder what this will cost me in two months" feeling. I will be coming back for all my emergency family care needs.
A couple days ago I rushed to first choice because I had accidentally taken some prescription pills. I was terrified and really upset. I was seen in seconds and the nurses quickly did everything to calm me down and get everything fixed. The doctor was really nice and told me everything to expect. I will def never go to a regular emergency room again!

The staff was very nice and caring. No wait! And even worked with us when we didn't have our insurance card with us. When I returned to get my stitches out, they took me back right away. Thanks for the great care!
8.16.13 - Best care ever. This ER does not even compare to any CARENOW Facility! They actually care about you and see you immediately. No two hour wait! The staff is very polite, professional, knowledgeable and caring. My second time here, and each visit was quick, accurate and they helped relieve the pain almost immediately! They performed X-rays and my visits did not last more than 1 hour! Thank you for being here! You are the best!
I was treated this morning at the Fort Worth, Western Center Boulevard location. It was seriously the best doctors visit I have ever had. Everyone was nice, attentive and very thorough so I didn't even have any questions to ask. I was called back and going through Triage before I had even began to fill out the admission paperwork. Truly a great experience.
I recently visited First Choice ER, I can't say enough about how pleasant and personable the staff are there!!!! They seem like they actually care about you and enjoy their jobs! I was back in a room within 5 minutes of arrival, had an x-ray done quickly, and actually spent time with a doctor!!! I was in and out within an hours time!! Amazing for an Emergency Room!!!
We had a quick and easy experience at FCER. My daughter needed a couple of staples for an injury on the back of her head. All of the staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out in 30 minutes and felt that all of our questions were answered completely. If we ever need immediate care again we will absolutely return to FCER.
