We walked in and we're immediately checked in and called back before the paper work was even completed.The staff was very nice and helpful. They checked my husband's injury and we're very quick. We didn't have to wait long at all.

It was my first time here and I visited very early in day so service was fast which was a relief since I needed urgent care. I can say I was not happy about treatment as dr needed a good lesson in beside manner as his procedure was not explained and brought me to tears fully from pain In which he didn't seem to show any care and just continued, so I shouted stop its too painful - near screaming and didn't even offer anything for pain till everything was all said and done instead of ahead of time which should of been offered ... read more
Our daughter took a nasty collision with another player this week, took her to First Choice Emergency Room on Western Center Blvd where she was diagnosed with a grade 1 concussion. This was our 1st time here and it was a very pleasant trip (considering the circumstances), we were in with the Doctor in less than 20 minutes and even received a follow up call from the doctor himself the next day to see how she was doing.. Was in from out of town and went to First Choice only to be greeted with "you know this is an Emergency Room" followed by your bill will be more than an Urgent Care. Then was asked if my insurance was Medicaid. However the time it took to be seen was great and the nurse was AWESOME. She had great bedside manner and took the time to talk with me. When we don't feel good we just to get well fast! I went First Choice Emergency Room on Western Center on Saturday, I made and online appointment. Was made to feel very welcome upon arrival, there were form to fill out for information; I was taken back to a room very quickly. A nice nurse asked what was going on and general health questions and went to send in the doctor. After te doctor exam, a flu test, and a shot I was on my way!
