I was very pleased with the care I received at First Choice Emergency Room. Every one at the facility was very friendly and promoted a very caring attitude / atmosphere. They attended to my needs, listened to my questions and answered all of my questions for me. They explained to me what was going on and the follow-up care that would be required. I would definitely go back to First Choice Emergency Room in the future and would recommend them to my friends. Bill L.
Very knowledgeable and speedy treatment. I would go again. I needed x-rays, which were done quickly. At the end of my visit, the staff were all genial and helpful with at-home care education. I got a call the next day checking on my progress. Thank you, Dr. Gwin and Tony!
THANK YOU FOR THIS PLACE. SINCE OUR REGULAR DOCTOR WAS NOT AN OPTION, WE DISCOVERED 1ST CHOICE FOR OUR YOUNGEST AND SENT OUR OLDEST WHEN SHE WAS SICK AND HOME ALONE AND COULD NOT GET TO THE DOCTOR. THEY ARE SO NICE AND EFFICIENT. THEY HAVE A WONDERFUL BED SIDE MANNER, THEY ARE EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR IN HEALTH CARE.
It was a great experience the staff was very friendly and professional I will go there again if need to.
Great experience! Took my 7 year old daughter with ear infection symptoms at 2am. No wait, courteous staff and doctors and they were kind and patient with my daughter. Quick! We were in and out in about an hour. Definitely will return there vs. one of the local hospitals should we need emergency service again.
Well what can I say no one ever wants to visit The emergency room knowing that you might spend the whole day there but not this place from the moment we arrived they were very nice we always find humor in our mishaps there is a time to laugh and there is a time not too they made it so enjoyable because we were laughing at my situation my two daughters took me to the emergency room there and the nurses and Dr.were very pleasant I would recommend this place and I myself would go back if I ever had to this will be my place for ... read more
I went in to this ER not knowing what to expect....From the moment I entered to the minute I left, everything was great. I received exceptional care and did not have to wait as long as the traditional hospital ER. The quality and care are terrific! I HOPE I won't have to return for any reason, but won't hesitate to go back if necessary.
This is a great facility! Clean, fast and great staff.
Quick, friendly service. Greeted with smile and quickly got started on my paperwork. I was back in minutes with the web check in. Great service and out with enough time to make it to work. I hope I don't need to go back any time soon but if I do this will be my First Choice.
