This was a very prompt, easy visit for my 3 year old. The staff was exceptionally good with her. We didn't have to wait at all and the facility was very nice and clean. I would recommend this facility for you to bring a loved one too
Wait until you receive your billing. The kind faces will turn into wolves faces. I was rushed there by my boyfriend on 4/16 because I was running a 107 - 108 fever. First Choice Emergency Room is billing now $5,607.55 . How??? Well $ 2,501 for the 5 minutes doctor consultation and $3,106. 55 dollars for the taking my temperature, giving me a shoot of Decadron, 3 pills of Motrin and 2 Tylenols. Oh, and for doing and influenza test which came back negative and now they are also charging me for administering me influenza medica... read more
Carlos de Anda I visited First Choice ER on Sat 05-09-2015 late afternoon due to a work site accident. I was impressed with: the professionalism of front desk staff and the Doctor who attended me. Service, attention to detail, promptness, décor, etc, All exceptional!!! First class. I would recommend First Choice...... and if needed return.
First choice was amazing. I was expecting an experience like care now but was blown away. They took me to a room right away and I saw the doctor in 5 minutes. I got there at shift change so it took a few minutes to get meds. After that I was checked on frequently and my nurse was very compassionate and kind. The day after my visit I even had a doctor call to check on me. No other emergency center has ever done that let alone my regular doctor. Took my son for a head injury and the doctor who saw him was great! Entire staff was bery polite and kept my son calm. Was in and out in 30 min. I would highly recommend this ER to eveyone.
I called the FCER location on Western Center in Ft Worth TX in March 2015, and the staff Ari, Catherine, Lorrie and Dr. Gwin were awesome. They welcomed me in with friendly smiles and got me taken care of right away. Didn't have to sit and wait for hours to see the doctor, they got me in and out in less than an hour. The location is just a few minutes from my home, so I will be using this location again. Thanks FCER!
I had an accident a couple of years ago and the staff was wonderful then and when I had a place on my hand that I thought was a bug bite gone bad that's where I went...I found out it was an abscess on my hand and it was going to have to be lanced, I'm horrified of needles, but the doctor tried to keep my mind off of what he was going to do and told jokes the whole time...corny jokes, but it really helped!
