This has to be the best emergency room in the area! They are awesome with kids, super friendly and incredibly efficient. Both my girls were Ill and they had us in,seen, and out within an hour!

Kimberly Pullen is a horrible PA. I have been to health first 3-4 times in about a year and she has diagnosed me with the exact same thing every single time. A viral cold with flu like symptoms and sends in amoxicillin. Every single time I end up going to my regular Dr that is further from my house a day or two later because I just got worse. This is my third visit to this ER, first time as a patient. What impresses me most is how fast the visit was. The ER is well equipped to handle what you need - onsite lab, X-ray and CAT scan. They have very knowledgeable staff (doctors, nurses, techs) and are personable and friendly. It made for a great patient experience. I have taken my family there, and I would go there again.
I went to the ER on Western Center last week. I was seen in less than 3 minutes and everyone was happy and upbeat. The staff was upbeat and friendly with my small children and the doctor as great. I would definitely go there again, which I'm sure I will with 5 children!
The doctor (which is an older female) just said it was abdominal pain when it was much more (I found this out when I went back to ER a 2nd time). She gave me no pain control and had me sit in there in pain for hours, very rude.
They may not be the cheapest place to go but you get what you pay for. Excellent facility with super nice and smart doctors and nurses. We always have great experiences with them. Of course they are the only place open on a Sunday and they fixed my problem immediately with great care! =) No wait time!
The staff was very friendly from front office to the doctor. I enjoyed they give me a follow up call and asked if I was feeling better and gave me more helpful advice. It's close to home and it was a fast process to get in and out rather then go somewhere else and waiting an hour to get into a room.
