Had the worse experience. My daughters doctor sent her to get some test since she had appendix symptoms and took 4hrs to get to the back in the ER. What if my daughters appendix would of bust. It was the worst days ever. Then to top it of after the 4hrs we waited in the waiting area we still were in the back for 9hrs before letting me know it wasn't her appendix. Really bad place. Dont get me wrong but I love Texas children's but NEVER again I will go there to the emergency room.

My son has been a patient at TCH since birth. He's 9 years old. I never had a bad experience at TCH. I moved to Houston, Texas just to work here. It took 7 years. Now I work for the best hospital in the world. I'm proud to be a patient and an employee here because we give the best care.
Texas Children's hospital is the best!!! My twins of the Hisd bus accident were in this hospital!! From the time they were admitted until the time they were discharged everyone was excellent Each doctor or nurse took their time to explain everything they did or was going to do. I love the environment, everyone makes u feeled love. They have so much compassion for the patient. I want to thank each and every one that took care of my teens Brandon Williams and Lakeshia Williams. Your the best Thanks Ella Williams
WE LOVED OUR NURSE KAITE SHE IS AWESOME SHE MADE MY LITTLE ONE FEEL AS COMFORTABLE AS CAN BE AFTER WE GOT THERE FOR EMERGENCY MY LITTLE ON HAD BRONCOLITIES BUT NOW SHE IS HOME MUCH BETTER 😍😍😍😍
