My son has been seeing specialist at Tch since he was about 5 months. He is now 4 years old. This is the best hospital for a child. I love how they take such great care of my son and make sure to help me understand everything about upcoming surgeries and appointments. They are a great support team also.
Everyone that works there was very nice and very professional, the only thing I hate was the long wait. I went in on Monday afternoon 8 p.m. and I got out Tuesday morning at 7 a.m. That's just ridiculous.
A great place to be when you have to be in a Hospital. They make a kids experience as good as it can be and everyone is attentive to your needs. Thanks Texas Children's.

We went in this morning for ear-tubes, and we left completely satisfied with the system and care at TCH. The entire facility did an amazing job (the valet, administration, nurses, and Drs) from the beginning to the end. It's so hard to find this kind of customer service with empathy and concern. They took the time to talk to us, to check on us, and walked us to valet. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with my daughter. Thank you for making this stressful ordeal not so stressful.
9th floor West Tower and staff is hands down the best oncology unit. You couldn't ask for better care or friendlier staff. Also the volunteers go above and beyond to brighten the kiddos days
Realmente aman su trabajo pues al atenderte todos bien, quiere decir que disfrutan lo que están asiendo todos te reciben con una sonrisa ya cualquier persona que le preguntes algo te ayudan !!!� estoy muy agradecida con Texas Children hospital!!��
