I love Texas children's Hospital they always take great care of my kids. Everything she asked they made sure to find love her nurses and the doctors are great she loves them all she was scared at fist but they made her feel comfortable after the first day thank you TCH

They have the most awesomeness service. Doctor Minifee was the best doctor. He has a amazing way of making the children and parents comfortable. The anesthesiologist, nurses, clerks and attendance were so nice and helpful. I'd make that drive because they make you welcome. Everybody was wonderful.
Absolutely love this Hospital! Love the drs and staff...even went to the new tx children's and it was just as amazing...only problem I had at the new tx children's was one unit clerk ( the first face you see on the unit) was completely rude and nasty...my baby was in the middle of a blood transfusion and she was completely unprofessional...but other than that one bad apple it was amazing ��
If you ever have the need for a Pediatric Ophthalmologist, Dr. Coats, from Texas Children's Hospital, is the man to see! It's no wonder our health insurance group has him rated as the #2 Pedi Opht. overall, and the top rated for TCH. He & his staff are amazing, & have such an obvious love for children! He made this momma feel as confident with his thoughts and next referrals as Dr. Hubbell has for the past nearly 9 years...and that is an extreme amount of comfort & confidence. Very comfortable environment for my children. Having a pharmacy on site made things very convenient. I fed the kids while we waited, making the experience all the more relaxing for all. Thank you for thinking about it all.
Had to bring my 3 year old little girl there yesterday for a neurologist appointment. An I was amazed by how friendly every part of their staff was to us an how clean the hospital was. My little girl loved it with all the colors an the animal statues lol. Our wait time wasn't even 15 minutes from the time we signed in to the time the nurse came to the room. I love that they let us stay with my son in the room while they where doing his test .. They did a great job on him and taking good care of him and us.
