Every time time we are here they mess up!!! EVERYTIME!!! They are beyond unprofessional and horrible bedside manner and very dismissive of parents and their concerns!

Recommendedupstairs is great but the ER has turned into a joke! After waiting 4 hours I was told they still had lots of people in front of us. I could have just went you our normal crummy ER that's 40 min closer for the same results.

RecommendedI rate the PICU 10/10. So amazing, super attentive. My daughter is 2 months and was intubated for 6 days. We were moved to the regular floor today after being extubated just yesterday. Haven’t had hardly anyone checking on her. Not sure if that’s normal but I’m missing PICU!
