2 hours of our time was spent at the 1960 and Fallbrook location. The wait room showed 20 minutes when we got in. RIDICULOUS!!!

My son had surgery last night. We, as parents were very scared about our little one. De. Vogel is an amazing surgeon, he took the time to speak to my son so he would feel comfortable before the procedure, they spent a long time talking about super heroes... the surgery lasted way less than we expected and everything went great. Thank you everyone for doing what you do! We were always treated with kindness. My son wanted to say Thank you to Dr. Vogel. He put “you are a cool doctor” in his thank you note.

Tx Children’s is one of the best Hospitals ever. We spent hours in the emergency room and Nurse Brian was amazing! He went into full detail and explained everything in full detail! Thank you Bryan for all your excellent work! A special thank you to Dr. Paul Minifee who performed surgery on my daughter! my son spent 6 months here for 2 surgeries and call it home. we still after being out of the hospital a little over a year call it our second home and made friends with the nurses and other staff and we try to go see them or they see us when we're inpaitent
Dr. Yen Pham was able to finally give us answers and a diagnosis. We’ve lived in 4 states with no answer every provider kept passing it off as a basic issue when really there was an underlying issue. Thank you! And your nurses downtown were great when he did his test!
While they have been good to my family, I was referred to an allergist by a dermatologist. after waiting 2 months to get in, driving an hour to get there, nothing was done at my appointment and Even though I was willing to come back they couldn't even schedule another appointment. At the time I was told I would be contacted because they could not find the scheduling receptionist. I still have heard nothing.
