RecommendedThis is the best hospital I have been to for my son. Saint is 2 years old with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy & Noonan syndrome. He’s had 3 surgeries done by Dr Hanley. I would like to publicly thank each and every nurse, doctor, X-ray tech, eco tech, maintenance, PT/OT therapist, & Respiratory Thearapist that has cared for saint in the past 3 weeks. The wait is extremely too long
Absolutely amazing hospital and staff. Took wonderful care of my grandson. His 7 days stay was not so bad with all the love he got from everyone from the doctors and nurses to the housekeeping and maintenance. Thank you so very much. ❤️

We had fetal surgery at Texas Children’s Hospital back in November 2018. We just delivered our baby boy on 2/19/19 and are finally headed back to Florida. We had to relocate to Texas for 4 months during this time. The staff couldn’t have been more amazing than they are. We felt like we were home. They made us family. I like Texas children hospital but I DO NOT LIKE THEIR BILLING PEOPLE!!!!!! They completely screwed up my sons insurance and billed me for something that my insurance had covered then they want to play dumb and act like they didn’t mess up when it was their fault!

My 15 year old daughter went to the specialty care clinic in Sugar Land Tx. I'm sure the care was fine but my complaint is about your lab and billing practice. We went to the doctor office for a scheduled visit and while there a lab was needed, what the doctor didn't tell us the lab at this location bills like we just walked into an emergency room, 600% higher that going to a Quest lab down the street. My insurance covers labs at 100% as part of doctor visit which this was. Your Doctors needs to know this and explain it to t... read more
