desde el nacimiento de mis hijos hemos recibido el peor servicio tanto en el hospital de fanin como en la clinica the center malos diagnosticos malos tratamientos o ninguno meses para conseguir una cita y horas en la sala de espera y en el consultorio y los doctores no duran ni 5 minutos en la consulta para decir q no tienen nada es normal o es un virus q se cura solo

I took my 5yr old child there, after what I thought was a 24 hour tummy bug. She was very lethargic and could barely walk. We clocked in at 7:17pm. There was only one other patient waiting at that time. It took almost an hour to get back to triage. I saw multiple others being taken to a room HOURS after we arrived. I informed the staff, that my daughter has problems with anemia and gets weak very easily, and that last year we had to go to our local hospital, who gave her IV fluids and she felt better after that. Texas Children’s Hospital has been an overall great place to help me get my child through a very difficult period in our lives. The entire staff that we have had to deal with have all been very helpful. There are things that sometimes I don’t quite understand or comprehend very well and they explain it to me and family until we have no more questions at hand. Thank you TCH!

Love this hospital!!! My daughter was well cared for before and after her surgery!!! I love that she was able to bring her doll that she brings EVERYWHERE with her and her favorite blanket. She said, "It's magical here", when we walked in the day of her surgery. It is evident that the well being of the whole child is priority and that everyone taking care of my child loves children!!!
