calvin was very nice and he made sure we understood what he was doing and he also explained the services he was performing to us. i would recommend this company to anyone that needs an exterminator and we love the fact that all your products are organic except the poison to kill the rats. we are looking forward to signing up for your monthly plan very soon.
I sent in an online request for a quote and they came the very next day! Calvin was going to come that night but I could not be home. They came the next night and were AWESOME! Curteous, efficient and were more than willing to explain everything to us. Great guys and I would recomend them to anyone! The price was right too!
Things started weel but Calvin came out ill equipped for the job. The next appointment rain was an issue. I have left several messages since and Calvin has not returned my calls.
