We had an awesome experience this morning with Gary! He called to let us know when He was on his way....He was very knowledgeable about our Gas Fireplace...He had the problem diagnosed and corrected in a timely fashion...He gave useful tips and was pleasant to visit with! Thanks Gary!
We had 3 other companies come out, they all rushed through the issue we were having and only offered solutions of replacing our air handler/and or parts for $2-3,000 without fully examining what the cause of our issue was. Jeff showed up today and actually took the time to examine our unit and offered a solution which was - everything is operating properly. Placed a call to Texas Air Doctors when the air conditioner stopped working. While I was waiting, I managed to trace the problem to a fuse in the service circuit but Jeff still arrived promptly and gave the HVAC a checkup to see if anything was abnormal to cause the fuse to blow.
Thanks to technician Daniel, and Deandra in the office for getting me up and running again! Nest thermostat was showing an error message, saying that wiring was in error. Not knowing where to start, I called them. They found that possibly one of my dogs had yanked a wire out of my outside unit, plus Daniel did a check on my system and found a capacitor about to go faulty. Will definitely call back soon when I'm ready for a replacement. These people are pros.
Daniel came today for my bi-annual checkup. He was right on time, very courteous, explained everything to me and listened to my concerns. I was extremely pleased it's the service he provided.

Have been using this company for a while but today they earned the 5 star in my opinion. On the coldest day of the year so far, heater goes out. They had a tech out within the hour. May not have been what I wanted to hear and may be a temporary fix but he gave me answers and heat!
