RecommendedOur gas logs install technician, Daniel, was prompt, courteous and informative. He set up our new log set beautifully and educated us on its use making sure that we were comfortable before he left. Danny was very tidy cleaning up after the install! Our Texas Air Doctors service rep, Gary, came out on Tuesday, December 18th to service our gas fireplace that would turn on, but go off sporadically. I watched as he performed various diagnostic tests to rule out multiple causes. What was special was his willingness to share with my wife and I what he was doing and why. He gave us advice on maintenance we could perform to avoid future problems. He ultimately identified the problem as a faulty on-off wall switch. No I would NOT recommend this company! I needed to have a simple system check on an AC, they quoted me $450.00! Typically this runs from $99-125.00.
Daniel arrived when he said he would for the gas fireplace repair. He diagnosed the problem quickly & gave a return date. He returned when he said he would. The repair was quick & efficient; he also took time to add more embers. He was very conscientious about keeping the area clean.

From the first phone call to the final walk through, Texas Air Doctors is nothing short of professional. They took on a challenge with my old home- it had the ugliest HVAC set-up they had ever seen, but they took it all out and installed state of the art Lennox equipment, with excellent attention to detail. I called two other companies to service my gas fireplace. One did not even bother to call me back after three voicemail messages. The second said the service tech would call me with day and time, and I never heard from him in a week. I found Texas Air Doctors via Google. Gary, showed up this morning and was very polite an professional. In a short period of time he inspected our fireplace and determined the problem. He had the parts on the truck and it quickly repaired. Thanks
Jeff came out this AM to do a repair on our fireplace. He quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired them. Whoever last worked on it had it wired it incorrectly, there was a gas leak in it and the logs were not arranged correctly. It is working fine now and we are looking forward to using it tonight. Jeff arrived promptly, made the repairs, explained the problems to me. Great job!
