Thank you Dr Young for opening this freestanding ER! If you need comprehensive professional treatment and care this is the place to go. On Christmas Eve my 11 month old had a fever of 102 that would not decrease with medication or a cool bath. We arrived at 8:10 and walked out the door at 9:10 with prescriptions my work excuse and a copy of the test results/X-rays. I have seen this standard of care once before but that was in Little Rock! I did not want to go to an Er facility, however I was having chest pains, so I was told by my Dr to go. They were fast and found out the problem in lass than 2 hours. I was giving lots of information concerning my diagnosis. They made me feel comfortable while I was there, by giving me immediate pain relief and steroid shot. I have already talk to a coworker about my experience and gave a very good review.

Went to this emergency room it was an awesome experience got checked in and seen the doctor and was taken care they are very professional and friendly if I ever need to go to an ER this will be the place

This is a great facility and I am so glad that Texarkana has an ER clinic. On my visit to the ER on Dec. 23 rd, I received prompt and friendly service. I had an x ray on my knee and had accumulated alot of fluid, which the Dr drained off my knee. I was able to walk with alot less pain after this was done. Peggy Keith

They are amazing! We were called to the back before I could even sit down to start filling out the paperwork, the Dr came in immediately to look at my daughter, and the doctor, nurses, aides, &radiology techs were amazing with her (she's two so it was a struggle at first), and they even gave her a stuffed animal! I could not be any more pleased with their attitudes and the wonderful service we received! We will definitely be using them from now on!

We recently took our 20month old daughter in on the Sunday after Christmas with a very severe cough and wheezing. We were in a room under 5 minutes and immediately seen by a doctor. The staff was friendly and helpful and we will definitely be using them again if we have an emergency situation arise! We loved that they see younger patients and we were not forced to sit in a hospital waiting room for hours!

Dr. Young and staff made going to the ER a pleasurable experience. The care was very personal, we didn't just feel like a number that was taking up space in a room. I hope we don't have to use their services often but they are our new choice in an ER!!
