Dr. Matt Young and his staff welcomed me and my son Darrion Frazier with open arms. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Thanks Dr. Young for taking care of my son.
Absolutely the best experience. I went in late Friday afternoon. I did not even get finished with my paperwork before I was in a room. Everyone was very quick to figure out what was wrong. Come to find out I needed an emergency appendectomy. I had my room at St Michael's and surgeon waiting for me when I got there. I recommend it to anyone!
Texarkana Emergency Center was a great experience! We were taken care of quickly and everyone was wonderful. If their services are needed again we will definitely return to TEC.
I was extremely sick and the nurses, doctors, and everyone was just great. I really appreciate y'all. And if that wasn't good enough, they called me the next morning to check on me. Keep it up. I can tell y'all care about your patients. Thank you.
Texarkana Emergency Center had me in and out so much more quickly than the typical ER ROOM. The physician and staff were very professional and friendly. Real ER without the wait. Thks guys.
I came in last Thursday (my wait was only 15min) and was quickly diagnosed! Y'all are awesome! I seen Dr. Young but have seen Dr. Groom in Dekalb before and he was great!!! I received a call the day after to see how I was doing. Today, I received a get well, speedy recovery card in the mail! y'all are awesome and I have recommended you to MANY people!!!!
Even though I was hurting I knew the minute I walked in the front door I would be taken care of. The staff is amazing, kind, caring and compassionate. Thank you Dr. Matt Young for taking care of me, and I'd also like to thank Kylie and Bob, and everyone else who took care of me.
Was visiting family from out of town and my son got sick on Christmas Eve this was the only place open. It was fantastic! They were fast and took excellent care of him! Being 2 he doesn't do well at the doctor in general but all the staff was welcoming and even gave him a toy truck and after that he was fine. Texarkana is lucky to have a place like this.
I highly recommend using the new ER facility!my daughter was called back before I could even get the paperwork filled out. Everyone was super friendly, from the receptionist, to the nurses and the Doctor. I've always liked Dr Jacobson and was happy to see his friendly face. He was quick and efficient with his treatment and didn't recommend anything unnecessary. I was extremely pleased with his plan of care.
