We decided to go to Texarkana emergency center, rather than the hospital er. We made a great choice! Was in a room, within 10 minutes and had a doctor very soon after that. If we have to make another trip to an er, this is where we will go.
Dr Young. My family and I would like to tell you that you have the best staff ever. We will not go to another ER again. We will be going there for all of our healthcare needs.
Very happy with service!! Very unhappy with my bill! Insurance refused to pay some of the unnecessary charges!
I visited them with my three year old son who had RSV. They were very attentive, helpful, and sweet to us. I will definitely visit them again if needed.
Had to be seen last night with a lot of sinus pain and a headache......they were great!!! U get called back very quickly and they get you in and out as soon as possible, no 5 or 6 hour wait to be seen.....the nurse and the doctor were very caring and made sure I was taken care of.
Took my husband to the facility @ 2:00 a.m. From the time we arrived until he was discharged, we received the highest quality care. Dr. Young & his staff were excellent!
Everyone hates going to the ER but I will not be going to any other ER except for Texarkana Emergency Center. The whole process is always stressful but the nurses and doctors made us feel comfortable and kept checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Usually at the ER you would have to wait and wait but they got us straight back and we were seen right away. Fast, friendly, professional service from Dr Young, Kilee (RN), Chandra (RN), & Amanda (RT/CT). Highly recommend & was impressed at the diagnostic services available. ER level care....but infinitely better experience!!
Awesome Place to go for an Emergency... And you will never wait longer then 5 minutes.... The staff are amazing and they really care about you.....
