Above and beyond care!! They are very friendly, kind, and caring! We didn't wait very long to be seen. We were taken care of and done in under an hour. My three year old cut open his finger. They were very attentive and talked to him about what they were doing. He was never scared. They took their time and were gentle with him! When they were all finished they gave him a "treat".

5 star from beginning to end! My husband had to get stitches and everyone was very attentive. We didn't have his insurance cards but were able to get enough info for them to run it without any problems. I def recommend this emergency center..unless you enjoy waiting hours just to get back into a room to wait even longer
Best staff hands down! Been trying to get in somewhere all day, and was in and out in less than an hour here. Wish I would have thought to go there sooner.

No one wants to go to the emergency room on Christmas morning, but when my son fell and broke his wrist we had no choice. From check in until the time we left, everyone was amazing. The staff made sure he did not have to endure any additional pain, and that included getting the IV. The nurses and doctor gave us excellent care and the medical equipment was state of the art. Dr. Bailes and Debbie the nurse put his X-rays on disc for our next doctors appointment and placed them along with our other discharge paperwork in a fold... read more
very quick and great-friendly staff. despite the pain I was in, they made it a great visit!!
They were super attentive and very quick to help make me comfortable! We were in and out in about 45 minutes and every single person I encountered there was super nice and caring! I'd definitely go back
