Spent 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room and left.
This place is wonderful ! It puts traditional ERs to shame. They saw my husband within minutes. Once in the triage room there was no wait. From the time we walked in the door there was a game plan in place within 15 minutes. Highly recommended!!! Everyone was great and you can tell they love their jobs.
Five stars are not enough when rating this excellent medical facility! I needed immediate care for my mother and Dr. Bailes and his staff went above and beyond to give it to her. From the minute we entered the building we were greeted by caring professionals who quickly took care of getting us in to see the doctor. Every person I spoke with showed genuine concern and made every effort to provide my mother with the best medical care she has received in a long time. This place is amazing!!! Everyone is very professional and they make you feel like you matter. We were taken care of as soon as we walked through the doors. Will definitely be using them again.
Everyone there is great! Helped me through my situation with my Kidney Stone and then had car problems. They came out and jump started my vehicle. Talk about GREAT customer service and going the extra mile to help out their patients. THANK YOU STAFF!!
This place is amazing. So proud for Texarkana to have such a wonderful facility. Dr. Young and all the staff are so caring and understanding! I know I'll be back!
