I really want people to know how amazing this place is. My son Lain 9mos old got the fastest and most efficient care I have ever seen. Unlike St Michael And Wadley ER, no wait. They didn't shrug off his high fever, and very kind and professional. Thank y'all so much for seeing my son and letting this momma not panic.
I was in there for less than 3 hours..I talked to the doctor and had an IV in before I had even finished filling out the check-in paperwork, They took me back for a CT scan and I received a diagnosis and treatment plan all within that time period. The rooms were clean, we watched the Arkansas game and every nurse was extremely extremely friendly. This was the absolute opposite experience from any Hospital ER visit that I've ever had. Took my son here for a football injury. They were fast and friendly. We would use them again if we need to.
This was our first time at Texarkana Emergency Center. We were so impressed with the whole facility! The speed of getting checked in and called back to the doctor was nothing we've ever experienced at a hospital emergency room. My son had a ct scan, was diagnosed with appendicitis, and sent over to the hospital within the hour! We will definitely return in another emergency situation!
Took my son here last weekend and could not believe the service that we were rendered. Great service. Very professional and best of all absolutely no waiting. Every aspect of our visit there was prompt. Should we need emergency care in the future, I know where we will be going.
We took our son here.. was still working on paper work when they took us back so that was fast. Dr and Staff are nice and friendly. Would use this place again if the need would arise.
I was extremely impressed by TEC. Texarkana is very lucky to have this emergency facility. It has all of the resources of a ten story hospital but without the wait. Dr. Young and his staff made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Can't say enough good things about this emergency center!
