Such amazing bed side manners from all the staff. I was in pain and grumpy and they were perfect!! Thank you so much!!
My daughter was in an accident. I took her to ST Michaels ER. We sat there an hour before I realized we were going to be there all night long. Took her to Texarkana ER, they got her in immediately. Did a couple of X-rays and reassured me she was ok, just bruised up. Loved the doctor and the staff, they really care about their patients. If we ever have to go to the ER again, this is the first place I will go.
I'm really impressed with the care my daughter is getting here! Everyone is so nice, especially Dr. Young. I will definitely choose this facility for my emergency care needs.
I have had to make not one but two visits here this week and both experiences were amazing. One child is 7 and had a scooter accident and other child is 2 months and had a 102. Fever we could not get down in middle of the night. We were called back immediately both times and care was nothing short of excellent. The staff members were very friendly and helpful and the facility was very very clean. Had to take my 7 week old son to the ER st. Michael's was packed at 1 o'clock in the morning unbelievably so I decided to go to Texarkana so I decided to go to Texarkana ER no one was there and they took me straight back diagnosed him gave him Pedialyte we're completely professional and gentle with him listen to everything I had to say gave me wonderful advice and let me sit there and feed him the PD the light and gave me some to take home even since it was the middle of the night so that I wouldn't have to get out to buy so... read more
I made visit there on Friday Oct 21 and I was very impressed with how fast I was seen by the doctor and the quality of care and treatment!!!!
I had great experience.. in and out quickly and they helped with my pain very quickly! I saw compassion from every single person I saw!
I took my son here because he injured his finger at football practice. No long wait time, and treated no more than 20 minutes. He broke his finger. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Groom and staff that night were excellent.
I went there feeling bad and by the time I sat down to fill out new patient information, I was called to the back. I finally finished it in the room. I have never been in a emergency room where everyone from the front desk clerk to the doctor were very friendly. Unless I'm being admitted, this will be my go to emergency room from now on.
