Had to make an emergency stop at the Texarkana Emergency Center before an out of town trip. The customer service was great. The nursing staff as well as the ER doctor was awesome. Fixed me up and I was on my way. Made my flight the next morning and on time I might add. Great Job Texarkana Emergency Center!!�
I went last winter, and, like somebody else said, was called back to a room before the paperwork was finished. The staff was wonderful and the care excellent. But....prepare yourself for the bill. I won't go back. Can't afford it.
I had severe pain from infection. Went to Wadley which didn't look too busy and couldn't get recognition at all. Proceeded to St. Michael and was at least greeted. There was low traffic. Don't mind waiting my 'turn' but I was vomiting from pain and little Suzi playing on the iPhone went. Couldn't tell us how long and didn't seem to care. Went to Texarkana Emergency Center. I took my daughter here one night. The service was excellent. They were fast but thorough. Loved it! I will go again if needed.
Recently went in with a swollen eye. Thought it might be pink eye. They called me back before I could even get comfortable in my seat. Th doctors worked quick and kept me informed the whole time. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend going here if an emergency comes up! Such friendly staff!
Second time we have used this ER and I cannot put into words how phenomenal this place is. The receptionist, nurses & doc are amazingly compassionate and right on top of things as soon as you walk in! Went to St. Michael's yesterday and they told us it would be at least an hour and a half before I could even see the triage nurse! I was convulsing uncontrollably and my hands were contracted. My daughter woke up with extreme stomach pain and I rushed her to Texarkana Emergency Center. We were greeted with a smiling face. We were escorted quickly to see the doctor. The staff were friendly, making sure we were comfortable, and understanding of what was going on. The explained to us what the were doing and what each test was for. The staff was very knowledge and treated my daughter as a person and not a number. Very happy with the treatment and with the experience. — Angela V.
My son in law was in a motorcycle accident last night, resulting in a bad laceration to his forehead and bad road rash. We received EXCELLENT care from everyone we delt with. Thank u so much Dr. Young, Rachel, Thom and Ray and the sweet lady at the check in desk. Yall helped make a bad situation easier to deal with. THANK YOU ALL !!
