We took my 8 year old here. We was so pleased with the staff and the capabilities of this facility. We was called back before I could get the paperwork done and was seen by the doctor almost immediately. Everyone we came into contact with was very comforting to her and passionate. Every test was done on site. Everything was very thorough and proficient. We will be back if we ever have to go to the ER.
AWESOME staff and was in and out in no time!! I won't ever go to another emergency place besides here!! Amazing customer service and they take the absolute best care of you!!!
This was my second time going there. The staff is super nice and in a short time had me fixed up. I can express how wonderful they are!
I cannot say enough great things about TEC! Yesterday was my first visit. I had two of my boys with me. I didn't even have time to sit down to start filling out paperwork before they called my name to walk back to a room. They offered my boys something to drink/eat and made their experience just as pleasant as mine. I was in and out of there in less than two hours! If my family or I ever have to go back to an ER, it will definitely be TEC!
Last week I had to take my 18 month old in and we were in and out. The staff was awesome and took time to get to know the patient and gain her trust.
Super friendly and quick! I didn't even sit in the waiting room with my paper work for more than 5 minutes and was already taken back to my room! I was in and out within 30 minutes and everyone was so sweet. Definitely a place I'd recommend! ❤️ Thank you, Texarkana Emergency Center!
I can't put into words how thankful I am for the staff and Dr. Young Monday night. What was something minor to me wasn't to Dr. Young!! He went extra miles to care for me. I'm thankful he was able to refer me out and receive "good news". This place is an amazing place. I will travel those extra miles to be seen by the most caring staff and physician.. Thank you Texarkana Emergency Center and Dr. Young!!
The care my Daughter received yesterday was Great , she was not scared or nervous the vist was Fast and very professional the Staff are awesome, i would recommend if you or a family member need to see a Doctor this is the place to go... Dr. Young was Great....
Very fast time to get to a room and see Dr. Very nice and caring staff and doctors. Wonderful experience. Took care of me and all my needa abs pains! Never go to regular er again!!!!
