I had the best ER/Dr visit ever! They actually cared and wanted to find out what was wrong with me and made me feel comfortable being there. They were all so nice and helpful and fixed me right up. I will definitely be going back and will tell everyone to go here!

I never expected to need an emergency room visit, but didn't hesitate choosing Texarkana Emergency Center. I barely began filling out paperwork before being escorted to a treatment room. I was most impressed by the staff; everyone was very efficient in addressing and treating my issues. I did not have to wait for the various areas to complete my tests. If in need of an efficient emergency room with professional staff, I recommend Texarkana Emergency Center.
They saw me right away. It was a real ER without the wait. Plus, loved the home town doctors.
I went here Saturday morning due to significant abdominal pain. Sat in the waiting room for about two minutes before they called me back. Started lab work immediately and told me they would do a ct scan. Scan showed moderate diverticulitis and they prescribed the appropriate medication. I couldn't be more pleased with the prompt and professional service I received. I would highly recommend their facility.
Went by there and they told me that they do not take retired military Tricare Prime, sad day in America, and they say it's not about money? Wonder if they served? Always wondered why it has a empty parking lot. Disgraceful!
Went in for a bad elbow problem. Got exrays found an old break and a new crack. Very fast service everyone was nice and caring. Got me back to going in no time.
Very impressed! Staff was amazing and wonderful with my kiddos!!!! In and out in 15 minutes!!! So grateful for Dr Jacobsen and the rest of the staff there!!! Highly recommend it and if needed again that's where we're going!!! Thank you again!
