Very nice people!! We were in and out!! Best service in town!!
I was called back within minutes of arriving. The doctor and nurses were very friendly and caring. I was well taken care of within a short amount of time. The following day I received a follow-up call to make sure I was still doing well. I have never experienced such great service in any medical office. I highly recommend Texarkana Emergency Center.
I can not say enough good.things about this place! I went there in severe pain, and they treated me phenomenally. I didn't even have a chance to finish the paperwork before they had me in a room. They got me in and figured out what was wrong with me and had a game plan to treat me in the matter of an hour! They also recommended me to a great surgeon. Thank you TEC for truly customer-centered care!
Dr Kelley and staff were amazing! Concerned, personable and attentive! Exceeded my expectations! I didn't want to go at all but my husband won out and I'm glad he did and that we went. Thank you!!
I had to be seen Thursday afternoon after my knee felt like snapped. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The service was excellent and everyone that helped take care of me was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing urgent care.
I loved the staff there. I had been sick for 4 days and went in for care. The staff was great from the front door to back. I recommend them to anyone!!

So thankful for Matt Young and all of his wonderful staff! They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. They took amazing care of my husband! So glad that Texarkana has this wonderful ER.
An excellent experience when you are feeling your worst. Everyone was very caring and understanding from the doctor to the security guard. Will definitely use them again (although i prefer there isn't a next time.
