My son had a bicycle wreck and had to have stitches. walked in and was handed paperwork. got to the room before I could even begin the first page. the doctor and nurses came in and immediately started to take care of him. wonderful job to the staff. got him all fixed up and even gave him a toy. have to say the was the best ER experience ever!! we will return if we ever need to go, hopefully we won't but with boys I'm sure we will.
They are very nice and fast and friendly. But they do not have anyone local to talk to about your billing issues or concerns. We have excellent insurance but they are a non-participating provider and now we have to pay the balance. If I would have know this up front we would have just gone to the ER where our services would have been covered. I went here for a snake bite on my foot this weekend I was seen immediately and left within 30 minutes, the staff was extremely helpful and nice, they gave me medication that was more effective than what the hospital gave me and they also sent me a card thanking me for visiting them. I'll definitely go back if I ever need to again
I went in terribly ill. Within 5 minutes I was taken back to exam room. Within the next 5 minutes I was seen by Dr and given medicine for my pain. They me exactly how many minutes it took for each test. The results came back and I my IV antibiotics on board. All in less than 30 minutes. What a wonderful place and staff!!
I had to take an unplanned trip to Texas on June 10, 2016. My blood pressure decided to go up and I could not get it down. We found texarkana emergency center. I got signed in and sat down and was called right back without a wait. I was concerned about my heart and they took great care of me. Everyone there was so friendly and kept me calm. I think I was in and out within an hour and that was with blood tests, ekg, and xrays. We have used them a few times and they are wonderful people. Dr. Erik Jacobsen and Dr. Matt Young are awesome. Will use instead of hospital ER anytime.
Went there for chest pains, they took x-Ray, blood enzymes. I was there almost one hour. Very efficient and friendly. They are working to get Medicare approved and it's my understanding it's not the Departments fault they can only take insurance but the government paperwork. Haven't received a bill yet, but it couldn't be any higher than the ER.
Thank you so much to Jennifer, Dr. Bowen and my two amazing nurses who took care of me at 1am the other morning. You were all so kind and so thorough. You immediately put this scared and worried girl at ease. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place.
What a pleasant experience! No wait time, great doctors and staff, and left with medical records.
