From the moment I entered the front door until I left was awesome. Can not say enough about the professional manor of each staff member. Did not have to wait to be seen and they did a CT scan and found the problem quickly. I highly recommend them. Made us feel very comfortable.
The staff was exceptional!!!! I walked in and was immediately taken back to triage. Everyone was very friendly, very knowledgable, and very informative to myself and my family about what was going on with me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs emergency medical care!! Thank you guys so much!!
Just went for the first time my four-year-old had severe ear pain we were in and out of there within a matter of 30 minutes which is amazing the level of care was beyond exceptional I didn't even get the first line of paperwork filled out before they had us in a room doing vitals they made my son who has SPD feel comfortable and relaxed which is not an easy task they offered us drinks while we were in the room and snacks for my son afterwards I have definitely found our new er I am beyond over the top and impressed and happy... read more
They did a great job with my son that broke his finger tonight , great doctors and nursing staff and very fast !!!
I love it, I probably will never go to Wadley or saint Michael. AGAIN. THANKS GUYS.
Man enjoy going there even though I hate going to the ER they got me in and out so fast compared to the hospitals I would tell anybody to go there
Really wonderful establishment and amazing staff. The hospitality is something else I can't even describe. They got my brother back there and taken care of before we even had anything more than his name on the papers. They were quick and very efficient in what they were doing and all around nice people. Amazing service.
great not even done with my paperwork before I was seeing a dr great service and also a call the next day to check on my condition
Professional, fast, courteous and friendly! The staff and Dr. Young are so great to work with while dealing with not-fun situations. Would highly recommend! I can't imagine a better experience.
