This is the best ER I've been to. I went in Sunday night in so much pain with an injury to my knee. As soon as I gave the receptionist my information, the nurse was waiting to take me back. I was there around an hr and a half, only because I had to wait on my x-rays. The staff was wonderful. They definitely will get my business again if need be!
Amazing service from the Doctors, Nurses and Even the Staff! I came in after my car wreck and was treated with 100% of respect and patience! In the event of another emergency, lord please no time soon, I would definitely go back! Even Dr Young himself took excellent care of me! 100% Satisfied!!!

I have been nursing for 20 years and I can honestly say that Texarkana Emergency Center is the best run ER I have ever seen. Fast, friendly and clean. I am amazed.
THE BEST experience I have had in an emergency room situation!! Super nice, clean facility. I was taken back to a room by a nurse as soon as I checked in..no waiting. Immediately saw a REAL doctor, Matt Young, who was very nice & personable. The nurses & doctors bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable & not in pain. The only waiting was about 20 mins for the results of my CT scan. I don't plan to go anywhere else in the future!!
I cannot explain the love I have for this place and their staff. The facility alone is the cleanest by far in Texarkana and probably all surrounding areas. The doctors, nurses, secretary etc. are truly the kindest and most helpful around. I will never go anywhere else, and want to spread the word on how AMAZING this place is !!!!
I would recommend this to anyone. There was no wait and was in and treated very promptly. Dr Young and tge staff are compassionate and thorough w your care and needs. Definitely will be my pick in the future.
This past Monday, I went in there with severe abdominal pain. Before I could even finish filling out first page of paperwork, I was called back. Dr. Young came in to see me within minutes. Within 2 hours, I had IV, IV fluids, CT done, IV pain meds, labwork done, resulted...diagnosed with Acute Pancreatitis... And was direct admitted to Christus St. Michaels. Dr. Young, Zach and Shane were wonderful! Everyone there was excellent. Highly recommend Texarkana Emergency Center, and won't think twice about returning if needed!
Absolutley Amazing! The facility is very nice and clean, the staff was wonderful and service was quick. We were checked in, back in a room and saw a Dr within 15 minutes! My 7 year old was even amazed, the nurses who started his IV were great and so sweet to our sick little boy. Their hospitality for this to be an ER was off the charts. I highly recommend them for your next emergency!
