I want to thank Dr. Matt Young and the entire staff of TEC for taking great care of me on this past Wednesday. I got in and back in a room in less than 10 minutes. The staff is super friendly and caring. I would go back again. The entire process was less than an hour. Thank you, Dr. Young and staff for great service!!!

I went in with a sinus infection I had been fighting for a week. I was called back before I could even sit down and was immediately taken care of. Less than 45 minutes later I was done and leaving. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Better than any Dr office or clinic I have ever been to!
I am so thankful that our community has the option of the Texarkana Emergency Center. The professionalism and care from everyone was much appreciated. The greatest thing was the fact that when the decision to send me on to the hospital was made, the transition couldn't have been any smoother. Simply The Best. Great group of people who put you first.
I couldn't have asked for better treatment. As soon as I finished my paperwork, I was called back to a room. The doctor, nurses and tech were wonderful. I had a EKG, x-ray and blood work and got results all in 2 hours. Hope I don't have a need to go back but would recommend to others. Thanks to all of you.

Amazing service, doctors, nurses and technicians! I've been twice. Once for myself when I had a mini-stroke and Dr. Groom was amazing. The second time I took my son and Dr. Young saw him - he was also spectacular. I couldn't ask for better service or treatment. Friendly faces as soon as you walk in the door and I was called back both times before I was even finished filling out the first page of paperwork. I have a few chronic illnesses and I know for certain they will always be my first stop in care when an emergency arises... read more
