I wanted to try this place before I went to the hospital ER! I was feeling out paperwork as I was being called back, didn't finish paperwork until after I was in room, Dr young is really nice as well as his staff. I was out within 2 hours. If I was at actual hospital then I would have still be in waiting room!
I'm not a good patient (because I'm a nurse) and went to TEC today with arm pain and elevated blood pressure....just so they could say you're ok and I could have peace of mind....because you just never know. I have to say that I was called back before I could even get the first page of my paperwork filled out. Absolutely no wait. The staff were wonderful, the facility is amazing, and the doctors were comforting. Thank you TEC!
Sunday March 27 was the first time we went to TEC. Extremely fast getting to actually see a doctor. Within an hour we were leaving! That's including my son having a slight procedure done! Wish all visits to doctors was this fast and efficient!!
Easter Sunday with possible cracked ribs... on a 9 year old.. no wait .exceptional service.
It's one of the best ER's here in Texarkana compassionate clean fast and you see a real doctor not a nurse practitioner!
First to Texarkana Emergency center on cowhorn creek. I went in early in the morning and from the front desk all the way to the doctor everyone was awesome. Very attentive, carrying and efficient. They even took the time to call the surgeon on call at the hospital to confer about their diagnosis, even preregistered me at the hospital. Cudos you all, your awesome!
Best ER visit I have ever had. The staff was wonderful. The facility is top notch! In and out in about an hour lab work, meds, etc. It was worth the drive to Texarkana. Hopefully I won't be back soon but if I'm in need of ER care this is the place!
The best place friendly and care about the patients
I highly recommend this facility. I have never had an ER experience like this one. The place was very clean, the staff was caring and polite. Evaluation, tests, and treatments were all performed quickly and competently.
