Had to make 2 unexpected trips here last weekend and received the best care and I know HIGHLY recommend Texarkana ER to anyone. The staffs and doctors really cares about you!!!!
TEC has been the best place I've ever went to!! I've gotten right in (under 5 mins) verses the 4 hour wait at St Michaels! Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. Really understands. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know
I was having heart problems . They took me to a room before I could even get the paperwork filled out. They were fast and friendly. They even called the hospital so a room was ready when I checked in. Awesome team I would recommend to anyone.
I have never gone into a emergency Center and been treated so kindly. With the utmost respect and service. In less than 2 hrs in and out you can't get that at local hospitals....I will definitely be using them more often...
I brought my nearly 3 yr old daughter here and they were wonderful!!! They were patient and very efficient!!! Cheers to Texarkana emergency center for making a 3 yr olds trip to the er bearable!!
Fantastic ER. Son fell and hurt his arm. We arrived around 9pm and we walked out at 9:54....that was after all paperwork, vitals, X rays, taking with Doctor, and splinting and sling. Definitely will use again if we need.
They took care of us within a matter of minutes after arriving. They took their time and explained how to care for the wound and also gave us written directions. Thanks!!
I was impressed by how quickly I was seen. I didn't even have time to complete the paperwork. They were very thorough, friendly and caring. I was really impressed with the folder I was given at the end of my visit that contained a copy of my x-rays, the treatment I received and instructions of what to do when I left the facility. Great experience!
In and out in less than 45 minutes with kidney stones. Didn't even have my name on the paperwork before I was seeing a doctor.
