Had an appt at 115pm arrived at 110pm. They called me back at 150pm. The room was moving except for me. Said the wait was because it took so long for me to complete my paperwork. I walked in with paperwork completed! Maybe if you 'look' like the type of customer they want to serve you will get better service.

RecommendedToday I went in for an 11:30am appt. They couldn't find it. They had called to confirm on Friday and even had to set aside a trial pair of contacts for me before seeing the doctor. My contacts were there but no appt. I was not happy as I don't live close. They figured out what happened the the appt person came put and apologized and brought another doctor with her, Dr. Ung. She saw me immediately and after checking me adjusted my script from what the other doctor had given me. It was MUCH better! I appreciated her help and t... read more
