I have a severely damaged left eye; cataracts, detached retina, and most recently an inflammation that has a 17 letter name I cannot pronounce. More importantly, I have been under the care of 4 different doctors at Texan Eye, all of whom have demonstrated not only expertise, but excellent patient care. Dr. Loose always feels bad for me because I have to drive in from Giddings, Texas - and I always tell him, "for the level of care I get-- it is well worth the drive."

If I could give out zero stars I would ! I do not recommend going to Texan Eye ! This is the worst experience , i was scheduled to have eye surgery on 10-18-16 when I get to the surgery center I find out that Texan eye had canceled my eye surgery without notifying me , it was a complete waste of time trying to Call Texan eye cause they never answer the damn phones , and when they did answer the phone they told me why it was cancelled but no one could tell me why they cancelled my surgery without notifying me !!, the staff se... read more

I have had cataracts in both eyes removed by Dr. Marquis. The first time he adjusted my eye for distance and this last time he did near vision. I now have 20/20 vision and haven't picked up a pair of "readers" since my surgery! I can actually read my books without any glasses. I'm so impressed with the overall experience and especially with the results!!!

Well, I'm not even someone who ever leaves reviews, but y'all are that despicable. I had three TERRIBLE customer service experiences in a row. Whoever is in charge, maybe it's time to do a little review of how to treat people on the phone, in person and when handing the care of their eyes. Doctor experience was fine, so it's too bad for them that the place is being handled by people who don't know the first thing about friendliness and care.

The ladies, Dr. Branch and Dawn were wonderful. Love having Dr. Branch for my eye doctor. All employees were very helpful and cheerful - love the new office. Will continue using Dr. Branch for all my eye care.

Wait was extremely long. Testing was way behind and no one informed us. We had 9:30 apt and didn't get started back until 10:40 out at 12:30! Not pleased.. But Dr Marquis was excellent.

Dr. Branch and all of the staff at Texan Eye are terrific. We have never had a bad experience with anyone at the Cedar Park Office. We thank all of them for their kindness, congeniality and their beautiful smiles. They are terrific.

Often have long waits to see Dr. Sargent. I've been waiting for an hour and I'm still not in an exam room.
