Just arrived to have $228 Lexus Key programmed. Plenty of staff standing around. Said did I make an appointment? I was not advised to make an appointment. Can i leave the vehicle? This after 5 calls to the dealership to get key... Really nothing has changed here. Same experience I had 10 years ago.
A absolutely horrible place to buy a car. Salesmen make fun of customers and Bragg about the big commissions they make off of customers when they leave!!!! Steal and lie to their salesmen. Absolutely do not buy a car from these people if you do you paid way too much
They missed a hole in my tire. I ended up going to Big O Tires and they found it right away. When I called teton Toyota they didn't offer me anything.
