I have bought a new tacoma and recently a Rav4. All the guys there were great to deal with. And follow up was convenient for me without being overboard. Always positive and willing to get it done. And we went back and forth on a few vehicles and they put up with us during this indecision! All in all....best vehicle buying experience I have had l.
great sales people. service department isn't my favorite I've yet to have a even remotely clean car after their wash job. and every time they rotate my tires one lug nut on each wheel isn't torqued tight. I would definitely buy from them again but when I'm done with Toyota care their shop will only see my car for recalls.

For Toyota vehicles, they are the only dealer. In terms of service, they are average. The work is fine, but they miss details like replacing a valve cap and forgetting to turn off the maintenance required light after work is done.
My boyfriend was passing through in his motorhome and got a flat. He was missing a few tools to change it himself so he swung by Teton Toyota. Zack (service manager) and Mason (tech) were exceptional, friendly, helpful, polite, and quick. They got his tire changed and him back on the road in minutes. THANK YOU!!!! AAA should take notes on how business, customer service, and helping people in emergencies should be done.
I didn't have to wait long at all. they went out of their way to help me.
