I’ve had nothing but kind and helpful communication with all the medical staff in both Tetford and Louth. The reason for three starts however is the administrative setup that makes everything so complicated and user unfriendly. The Tetford surgery definitely lost its excellence in this area since the merger into the Newmarket Group. Admin letting the NHS down yet again.

I am usually at the Louth Newmarket Practice. When I need to come to the Tetford Practice the reception staff are always very busy. They come to the reception window as soon as the opportunity arises - where they can break off with what they are doing. Reception staff are always professional, polite, helpful, caring and accommodating where they can be; informative and understanding.
