I was looking for a Zero star here but didn't found it.. I saw terrible and bad reviews and I decided to take the Toefl test but so true.. Bad equipment (keyboard, desk, headphones, etc) so please think twice before going to this place. Also you can see rude answers from the Building because they don't like our reviews but they don't do anything good with that issue.
Please replace the old equipments with new ones, last time I could not type as fast as I should during my test just because of the old keyboard. Not only the keyboard but the headset, the chair was falling apart, and the mouse too. At least change the keyboard for now, we pay too much for this exam and still cannot have workable equipments? please take it to consideration I am begging u 😂😂😂😂😂😂
The biggest problem is the equipment, which is very old. The keyboard was broken and impossible to type on. The fee paid to take the TOEFL was very high and the least I could get was working equipment. The screen resolution is horrible and the headphones have no sound insulation. DON'T TAKE EXAMS THERE!
I rarely write reviews, but this business deserves all of the 5-star reviews that it has! I almost want to gatekeep it, but as someone who stressed a lot about finding the most comfortable place to take the daunting teacher certification tests, I feel obligated to share that this place is the best! It is no frills, but very clean, fast and efficient, and as stated by many others, the man who proctors the tests is great.
