collected a new model y from your Brent Cross collection centre today. Upon arrival we were greeted by the most miserable member of staff you could have imagined. Totally uninterested in speaking with us and she practically threw the key cards at us and said off you go. The story gets better tho, the car was filthy! It’s a 45k car and you couldn’t even explain the working of it or even clean it! Have seen a lot of very negative reviews about the collection process at Brent Cross, and while I don’t post reviews very often, thought I would offer my own experience of collecting a car yesterday. Firstly, it is, as others have said, a simple compound on the edge of Brent Cross shopping centre – a simple portacabin style office in the centre, but plenty of parking.
