My Tesla sales advisor Imran was very very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The experience he provided was definitely above expectations and his warm welcome made the brand seem very professional and high end. The delivery delay on a previous order was slightly frustraring and even though that was completely out of Imran's control he did absolutely everything he could for me. Will be recommending him to friends and family 10/10
really bad experience for tesla with the customer service. my car got accident and it’s been more than 10 weeks we are still waiting for the car air bags. i donot understand when we launched a big brand in the country why you guys do not have enough parts for the car and service via the company totally sucks. no one buy any tesla
Dishonest. They "threw out" one of the (slightly curb dashed) rims for a friends Tesla without notifying him first, (and which were worth a fair bit of money), lied about their entitlement to do so, lignored the emails confirming what was agreed to to resolve. Some weeks later they miraculously found it - but contrary to our agreement they did not return it, but made us travel about 80kms round trip to pick it up.
