I love my car but not Tesla’s business practices. I bought my car last year when Tesla wasn’t doing well. I received 5,000 miles of charge with no warning about being expired in a year. I usually charge at home and was saving my miles for future trips. Now suddenly I see my miles will expire by the end of this month. This is not good since in most chargers you do t even pay for electricity so taking my benefit away if not good business practice or customer service.
